Executing the Jump Hook
The jump hook is executed just as you would a regular hook shot. The differences are that you jump when you shoot the hook shot. The ball is brought up higher and closer to the body and you flick the shot without using the arm.

I think what you may have meant to say is the regular jump hook shot, which is known as the conventional one-step hook shot, a player jumps off one foot. With the jump hook shot, a player jumps off both feet. There is a molanga guy on your tube that shoots the most amazing hook shot I have seen. It is a raw clip, but very smooth.
