March 3, 2006, Newsletter Issue #236: Practice Makes Perfect

Tip of the Week

That is an interesting dilemma! I would probably attribute that to incorrect form or improper training.

One way to correct this is to work on getting your right arm under the ball, with your right elbow in, using your left arm only as a guide.

Your left arm should stay to the side of the ball, with your right hand's fingertips taking the responsibility for releasing the ball.

Practice this form until it becomes natural - and effective!
